Terms of Service

These terms cover use of baskine.com and the services offered under the name Baskine Studio. Baskine Studio is a trading name, not a separate company. The services are provided by Arnes Kuduzović s.p., Rakuševa ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“we”). See our company details. Each project is also governed by the scope we agree with you in writing (email is fine).

Our services are intended for business customers. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Complimentary homepage concept

• For interested prospects we may prepare a complimentary custom homepage concept. It is a design direction, not a built, hosted or launched website.
• It’s offered at our discretion and is not a commitment to build. You owe nothing for it.
• We retain all rights in the concept until you approve a paid project and pay for it. Until then it may be used only to evaluate working with us, and not published, copied or built by others.

Website projects

• Essential Website — $299: one responsive landing page, up to five sections, mobile optimization, a contact call to action, basic SEO metadata and one revision.
• Expanded Website — $499: up to eight sections, light copy refinement, responsive design, basic analytics integration when appropriate, basic structured data where appropriate and two revisions.
• You provide core content and assets. Payment is requested after you approve the concept and agree the scope. Additional revisions or work beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Ecommerce ad creatives

• Creative Package — $199: product-focused image ad concepts and short-form video creatives for a single product. The mix of formats is agreed with you per product.
• You provide the necessary product information and source assets.
• We send watermarked previews first. Final clean assets are delivered after you approve and pay. Watermarked previews may not be used in advertising or published.
• We do not guarantee a particular number of images or videos, or a delivery time, unless we agree one with you in writing.

Shopify store design & redesign

• Starts at $499. This is a starting price, not a fixed price for every store. Larger stores, custom functionality, migrations and complex integrations are quoted individually.
• Scope, price and payment terms are agreed in writing before design work begins. Work is performed within the agreed scope and your theme.

No guarantees of results

We do not guarantee sales, revenue, conversion rates, return on ad spend, search rankings or any other business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices are stated in US dollars. We are not registered for VAT and do not charge VAT. Tax treatment can depend on where you are located and how you use the services; if you have questions about taxes that may apply to you, please ask us before you commit.

Payment is due as agreed for the project. On full payment, you receive the final deliverables and the rights needed to use them for your business. You are responsible for having the rights to any content, product images, trademarks and other materials you supply.

Using this site

Please don’t misuse the site or inquiry form, including by submitting automated or abusive requests. The site and its design are provided “as is”.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
