This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use baskine.com or contact us, and how it is used. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

Baskine Studio is a trading name, not a separate company. The data controller is Arnes Kuduzović s.p., Rakuševa ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“we”). Contact: contact@baskine.com. See our company details.

What we collect

• Inquiry details. Our inquiry buttons open a pre-filled draft in your own email app. We only receive what you choose to send us by email, such as your address, business details and message. The site itself does not store or transmit what you type into the form.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not set marketing cookies. We do not sell your information.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare a concept, preview or quote.
• To keep the site and form secure.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes data on our behalf and may do so outside the European Economic Area. Emails you send us are handled by our email provider. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting project or to meet legal obligations, and delete them on request where we’re able to. Records we must keep for accounting or tax purposes are retained as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority; in Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
