What exactly is the complimentary homepage concept?

A custom design direction for your homepage, created for you at no charge so you can see our approach before committing. It's a concept, not a built, launched website. Full production is the paid project ($299 or $499) and begins after you approve the concept and agree the scope.

When do I pay?

For websites, after you approve the concept and agreed scope. For ad creatives, after you approve the previews. For Shopify work, payment terms are agreed in writing before design work starts.

What do the ad creatives include, and how do previews work?

A $199 package covers one product: image ad concepts and short-form video creatives. We send previews with a visible watermark first; once you approve and pay, you receive the clean final files. We agree the mix of formats with you per product and don't promise fixed quantities or turnaround times in advance.

What do I need to provide?

For websites, your core content and assets. For ad creatives, product information and source assets such as product photos. For Shopify, access details are discussed once scope is agreed.

Is $499 the price for every Shopify store?

No. $499 is where Shopify projects start. Larger stores, custom functionality, migrations and complex integrations are quoted individually, and you'll see the price before work begins.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Good design helps, but we don't promise sales, conversion rates, ROAS or rankings. Outcomes depend on your product, offer, traffic and market.

How many revisions do I get?

Essential Website includes one revision and Expanded Website includes two. We don't offer unlimited revisions. Ask us if you need more and we'll quote it.
